NW Recruiting Partners is seeking a Project Manager – Restoration for Tacoma or Seattle, with a remote-friendly schedule that includes on-site visits. The role focuses on managing multiple restoration projects, coordinating with homeowners, property managers, and insurance partners while maintaining project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, restoration, or service-based projects.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities independently.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents such as blueprints, scopes of work, schedules, specifications, safety manuals, etc.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from residential to apartment communities to commercial properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, property managers, commercial clients, and insurance partners throughout the life of each project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project timelines from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Monitor project profitability and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to review project progress and financial performance.
• Handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Perform project close-out: provide a final audit contract, take care of punch list items, clean up, resolve outstanding issues, and collect retention from the owner.
