You will oversee daily operations, manage project schedules, monitor budgets, and coordinate subcontractors while maintaining clear communication with leadership, partners, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in restoration/construction, experience with water/flood/fire remediation, and a Bachelor's degree or related experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restoration/construction or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation.
• Safety courses as required for the position.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting.
