Job summary

Restoration Management Company seeks a Project Supervisor in Kent, WA to manage project production, schedule adherence, and field supervision. The role requires coordinating crews, ensuring timely job completion, and maintaining branch operations with a focus on safety and quality.

You will interact with Project Managers and Branch leadership, oversee 20-employee teams, and handle equipment, logistics, and training. Travel may be required to support projects across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews (8+ workers) in restoration/mitigation.
• Proficient English communication, written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to supervise ~20 employees.
• Willingness to travel intra/out-of-state for an undetermined time.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in managing the production phase of a job for the Project Manager.
• Conduct job site visits and quality checks of crews' work.
• Confirm job schedules with the Project Manager for staffing, equipment, logistics, and timelines.
• Coordinate crews per approved schedules and oversee completion of work.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators in dispatching crews during peak times.
• Ensure hours and documentation are recorded on work orders.
• Provide direction and training to crews; support Project Managers as needed.
• Provide timely status updates to Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Branch/Department Manager.
• Perform mitigation work at job sites as necessary.
