Job summary

C/Sharpe is seeking a seasoned construction project manager to lead complex restoration and industrial projects in the United States. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and compliance, coordinating with owners, engineers, and trades to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

You will drive risk management, maintain strict cost controls, and deliver complete PM documentation. A Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in the field are expected, with Procore and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management or restoration-related roles.
• Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
• Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience in restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, or industrial/commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain 100% completion of PM deliverables: scheduling, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, closeout.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Use Procore and company systems to keep project docs, schedules, and communications accurate.
