Job summary

StructureCare is seeking a Project Manager to lead sales support and project management for the New England market. You will plan, develop, and direct projects to maximize profitability, manage vendors, and oversee repair/restoration initiatives.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of PM experience, preferably in concrete or restoration, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• 2+ years of Project Management experience; concrete/restoration preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, specs, materials and standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication; meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate availability of StructureCare vendor network with Client Services Manager for project execution
• Collaborate with Structural Engineers on scope, estimates and technical questions
• Solicit vendor pricing through StructureCare’s vendor program
• Prepare and update project budgets, schedules, and construction plans
• Oversee subcontractor work and change orders to meet client requirements
• Manage site logistics and subcontractor activity to exceed expectations
• Procure required project materials and review subcontractor payments
• Communicate with customers to resolve scope issues and attend project meetings
• Develop and nurture customer relationships through superior service and problem solving
