Job summary

Northwest Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from intake to completion. This on-site role in Aurora, OR coordinates schedules, subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure safety, quality, and insurance compliance.

You will manage timelines, track costs, prepare estimates and change orders, and keep meticulous project files. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, adjusters, and internal teams, visiting

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to oversee multiple restoration projects and job sites.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Project Coordination to manage timelines, resources, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Budgeting, including cost tracking, estimating, and managing change orders in a construction or restoration environment.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations, preferably in restoration and mitigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and insurance estimates (e.g., Xactimate or similar platforms is a plus).
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Relevant experience in construction, restoration, or a related field; a degree or certification in construction management or a similar discipline is beneficial.
