Job summary

Restorian Property Damage Restoration is seeking a Senior Project Manager for on-site leadership in the New York City metropolitan area. You will oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through final reconstruction, planning scope, timelines, and budgets while coordinating field teams, expeditors, and subcontractors.

You will ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and industry standards, communicate with property owners and insurers, and document progress.

Qualifications

• PM experience leading multiple restoration projects.
• Expeditor experience to keep permits and materials on schedule.
• Site inspections for quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Logistics management across multiple job sites.
• Experience in water, fire, mold, or storm restoration preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with insurance adjusters.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PM software; restoration/construction management systems a plus.
• Applicable certifications (IICRC, PMP) and a valid driver’s license beneficial.

Responsibilities
