Job summary

Compleat Restorations is seeking a Project Manager to oversee restoration and construction projects across various sites. You will guide teams, coordinate estimators, carpenters, and subcontractors, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to keep stakeholders informed and compliant with safety regulations and building codes. Travel to job sites is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or restoration project management.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites as required.
• Established network of qualified subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Extensive knowledge of construction practices with experience managing residential and commercial projects.
• Attention to detail in planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Problem-solving ability to resolve on-site issues, delays, or material shortages.
• Knowledge of local building codes & safety regulations to ensure compliance.
• Proficiency in using project management tools to track schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Budget and cost control awareness to negotiate pricing and maintain quality.
• Team leadership experience to coordinate and motivate subcontractors and crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned construction and restoration projects.
• Coordinate closely with Estimators, Carpenters, and Subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
