Job summary

gpac is seeking a Restoration Project Manager for an established commercial restoration company in Sarasota, FL. The candidate will manage projects from assessment to completion and oversee crews, budgets, and client communications on residential and commercial sites.

Ideal applicants have 3-5+ years of restoration PM experience, Xactimate proficiency, and leadership of 5-10+ crews. IICRC certifications and higher education are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of restoration project management experience.
• Xactimate proficiency and leadership of 5-10+ person crews.
• IICRC certification preferred; water and mold certifications valued.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from assessment through completion on residential and commercial sites.
• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication.
• Handle projects ranging from small to large losses ($1M–$5M+).
• Lead in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and ensure quality results.

• Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion.
• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication.
• Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1-$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work.
• Requires 3-5+ years of experience, water/mold certifications, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC certified preferred and leadership of 5-10+ person crews.
• Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
