Job summary

ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area is seeking a Project Manager for residential and commercial cleaning, fire and water restoration. You will supervise restoration technicians, manage scope of loss, and coordinate remediation tasks to ensure quality outcomes.

Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating on-call. Requires restoration or carpet cleaning experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel; lifting 50+ lbs and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Restoration or carpet cleaning experience required.
• Crew Chief experience preferred.
• Good communication skills essential.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Able to move and lift 50+ lbs.
• WRT certification preferred.
• Experience with MICA or DryTrack software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define initial scope of loss and monitor drying equipment.
• Ensure timely, quality completion of restoration projects.
• Direct and supervise project technicians.
• Communicate with administration, customers and insurers.
• Ensure equipment and supplies remain secure and organized.
• Maintain training and knowledge growth of technicians.
• Complete all required restoration documentation.

ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area is rapidly growing! We specialize in commercial and residential cleaning; along with water, fire and mold restoration. We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated individual to join our Full-time Restoration Team to experience a positive and fast-paced work environment.

The Position:

We’re looking for a Project Manager. This position is for residential and commercial cleaning, fire and water clean-up and restoration. Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning. This position also directs, aids and supervises the Restoration Technicians assigned to the project.

Hours:

• Full - Time / Monday- Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Rotating On-Call Schedule

Full Time Benefits:

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Initial scope of loss, drying equipment monitoring, assisting with demo
• Ensures the timely quality completion of assigned restoration cleaning, moving, packing, or general labor projects.
• Directs, aids and supervises the project technicians
• Communicates directly with internal administration, customers, and insurance personnel
• Ensures and evaluates competence and quality of the technicians
• Ensures a continuous increase in the knowledge and skill level (training) of the technicians
• Ensures the security, integrity, and cleanliness of all Company equipment and supplies used on or taken to assigned projects
• Ensures the productivity of the technicians
• Ensures all required restoration project documentation, including forms and photo-documentation, is completed in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensures excellent customer communication and relations.
• Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.
