ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for its restoration team. You will oversee residential and commercial cleaning, fire and water cleanup, and related mitigation services.

You will direct restoration technicians, coordinate with clients and insurers, and manage project scope and outcomes. The role requires experience in restoration, strong communication, and the ability to travel.

Formación

• Restoration experience required or preferred.
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning experience preferred.
• Crew Chief experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• WRT certification preferred; software tools like MICA or DryTrack preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define initial scope of loss and monitor drying equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of restoration cleaning, packing, or labor projects.
• Direct, aid, and supervise project technicians.

is rapidly growing! We specialize in commercial and residential cleaning; along with water, fire and mold restoration. We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated individual to join our Full-time Restoration Team to experience a positive and fast-paced work environment.

The Position

We're looking for a Project Manager. This position is for residential and commercial cleaning, fire and water clean-up and restoration. Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning. This position also directs, aids and supervises the Restoration Technicians assigned to the project.

Hours

• Full - Time / Monday- Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Rotating On-Call Schedule

Full Time Benefits: Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay, Health Ins Plan and AFLAC available after 90 days. Company Vehicle Privileges.

Requirements

• Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience
• Crew Chief experience; preferred
• Good communication skills.
• Valid Drivers License with good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel out of town
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT); preferred
• MICA, DryTrack, or similar software experience; preferred

Responsibilities

• Initial scope of loss, drying equipment monitoring, assisting with demo
• Ensures the timely quality completion of assigned restoration cleaning, moving, packing, or general labor projects.
• Directs, aids and supervises the project technicians
• Communicates directly with internal administration, customers, and insurance personnel
• Ensures and evaluates competence and quality of the technicians
• Ensures a continuous increase in the knowledge and skill level (training) of the technicians
• Ensures the security, integrity, and cleanliness of all Company equipment and supplies used on or taken to assigned projects
• Ensures the productivity of the technicians
• Ensures all required restoration project documentation, including forms and photo-documentation, is completed in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensures excellent customer communication and relations.
• Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.

Compensation: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
