SERVPRO of Adamstown Mohnton is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuilding projects following fire, water, storm, and mold damage. You will oversee reconstruction from contract signing through completion, coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules and budgets, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and scopes of work.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate milestones with customers.
• Review construction plans, scopes of work, and approved estimates.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability.
• Approve subcontractor work and ensure quality standards.
• Perform regular jobsite inspections.
• Resolve construction challenges while minimizing delays.
• Communicate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and office staff.
• Process change orders and coordinate supplemental work with the estimating team.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, progress photos, and daily notes.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to SERVPRO quality standards.
