Job summary

SERVPRO of Adamstown Mohnton is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuilding projects after fire, water, storm, and mold damage. You will lead multiple projects, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets, and safety, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of PM experience in construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• Maintain project schedules and communicate milestones with customers
• Review construction plans, scopes of work, and approved estimates
• Monitor project budgets and profitability
• Approve subcontractor work and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform regular jobsite inspections
• Resolve construction challenges while minimizing delays
• Communicate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and office staff
• Process change orders and coordinate supplemental work with the estimating team
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate job documentation, progress photos, and daily notes
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to SERVPRO quality standards
