SERVPRO, a leader in the Restoration Industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee rebuilds after water, fire or mold losses. You will manage general contractors, subcontractors, materials, budgets, permits, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in large loss or commercial construction, strong communication, and familiarity with DASH or Xactimate; experience with AI tools is a plus. Join a growth-focused team driving resilient recovery projects.

Qualifications

• Construction management degree or equivalent experience.
• PM certification (PMP or similar) desirable but not required.
• Extensive field experience in large loss or commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rebuilds for residential and commercial properties after losses.
• Hire and manage general contractors and subcontractors.
• Source materials and manage project budget.
• Obtain permits and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide written updates with visuals during projects.
• Monitor subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget.
