Qualifications

- Experience with restoration or construction is preferred.
- Able to follow OSHA guidelines and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform restoration production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
- Manage customer experience and monitor online reviews for satisfaction.
- Supervise restoration technicians and communicate expectations clearly.
- Document detailed job files to support services provided.
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protect equipment/assets.
- Coach and train technicians to improve performance.
