Job summary

Midwest Remediation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to lead insurance-based reconstruction projects from estimates through completion. The role requires 3+ years in construction/project management, restoration/remediation experience, and proficiency with Xactimate and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, flooring, painting, and project management.
• Experience in restoration or remediation field with insurance companies on fire rebuilds and similar projects.
• Experience managing and closing $2 million+ in projects annually.
• Strong supervisory skills leading crews and overseeing subcontractors and vendors.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management software (Xactimate).
• Ability to create and manage budgets, estimates, and job schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review project estimates, verify budgets, and ensure schedules align with the project plan.
• Oversee a working subcontractor base across major trades and ensure job costing, performance, and documentation stay on track.
• Guide teams performing drywall, carpentry, painting, and flooring while updating all project files using CRM and project management software.
• Ensure every job meets budget, time expectations, and insurance standards.
