In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing insurance-based reconstruction projects-not remodeling-from initial estimates through successful completion. If you have extensive experience in construction management and project estimation (especially in the restoration or remediation field).
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, and a stable schedule, allowing you to manage your work-life balance while leading critical projects. We also provide our Remediation Construction Project Managers with a company vehicle and gas card, business account cards, and a healthy incentive plan that allows you to earn up to 2% of the revenue you generate based on performance, revenue, and timely project completion!

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, your day will begin by reviewing project estimates, verifying budgets, and ensuring schedules-including Gantt charts and work orders-align with the project plan. You'll oversee a working subcontractor base across all major trades and ensure job costing, performance, and documentation stay on track.
Throughout each day, you'll guide teams performing tasks like drywall, carpentry, painting, and flooring, while keeping stakeholders informed and updating all project files using CRM and job/project management software. You'll ensure that every job not only meets budget and time expectations but exceeds client and insurance standards.
This full-time position works a steady schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
