Job summary

Gurr Brothers Construction LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a seasoned Project Manager specializing in insurance restoration to lead multi-site rebuilds. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage scopes and change orders, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining clear communication with property owners.

A proven track record in residential rebuilds and familiarity with carrier milestones will help you drive profitability across projects.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
• Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.
