First Onsite is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Indianapolis to lead restoration and construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and profitability. You will guide daily operations, manage schedules, and oversee budgets while maintaining clear communication with leadership, partners, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restoration/construction, experience with water/flood/fire/mold remediation, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration/construction or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation.
• Safety courses as required for the position.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
