Job summary

RestoPros of North Houston seeks a Mitigation Manager / Project Manager to lead field operations. You will own the full job lifecycle from intake to completion and serve as the central contact for customers, adjusters, technicians, and vendors.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, compliance, and delivering high-quality results. You will handle assessments, scheduling, dispatch, and documentation while mentoring technicians and coordinating with partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restoration industry or related field.
• Proficient with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, MICA/Mitigate, Encircle, CRM.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Mold remediation experience (MRW/MRC/MAC) or AMRT preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Own the full job lifecycle from intake to completion.
• Assessments, inspections, scoping, sketches, and same-day estimates.
• Schedule jobs and crews, dispatch, manage timesheets.
• Ensure strict documentation compliance (MICA, Encircle, XactAnalysis).
• Supervise crews and manage vendors/subcontractors; maintain safety and quality.

Job Title: Mitigation Manager / Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Status: Contract to Hire | 24/7 On-Call Rotation

Role Overview

This is an in the field, high-responsibility, high-impact role for a restoration Mitigation Manager / Project Manager. You will own the full job lifecycle from start to finish and play a key role in stabilizing and growing operations. You will be at the center point, and the key go-to person for Customers, Adjusters, Technicians, Vendors/Partners, and management.

Core Responsibilities

• Answering and qualifying customer calls + Manage job intake from TPA programs and all other organic leads. Logging and managing leads/jobs in CRM
• Assessments, Inspections, Scoping
• Sketching and Estimating - same day
• Scheduling jobs and crews, dispatching, managing timesheets
• Strict documentation compliance within MICA, Encircle, and XactAnalysis to support scopes and approvals
• Supervising crews on active jobs, reviewing dry logs, and other work documents
• Creating SOPs, MSAs, and ERPs
• Responsible and fully accountable for TPA compliance and scorecard
• Keep jobs on schedule, within profit margins, and meeting quality standards
• Maintain professional and safe job sites
• White glove quality of service for our customers
• Collecting COCs and Google Reviews after job completion
• Hiring and Training technicians
• Managing vendors, subcontractors, and referral relationships
• Manage equipment, inventory, supplies and the truck.

Sales/Marketing (as needed)

• During low production periods, build relationships with referral sources (plumbers, insurance agents, HVAC companies, realtors, etc.)
• Support lead efforts as needed

Requirements (Non-Negotiable, must haves)

• Experience: 5+ years in the industry
• Technical: Proficient with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, MICA/Mitigate, Encircle, CRM
• Availability: Must participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Willingness to wear different hats
• Experience with mold remediation (MRW/MRC/MAC) or AMRT
• Background: Valid driver’s license; must pass background check and drug test

Qualifications

• Manual sketching, Docusketch, Matterport
• IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT
• EPA Lead-Safe (RRP) certification
• Knowledge of Texas regulations (Lead, Asbestos, Mold)
• An existing referral partners network

Compensation: Base + 2% commission
