Whatyou'll be responsible for as a Mitigation Manager:

• Overseeand lead the Mitigation division comprised of Project Managers,Team Coordinators, and Technicians
• Meetor exceed departmental quality targets and improve customer experience
• Be aleader through continuous process improvements, implementation ofstate-of-the-art technology, and business strategies
• Maintaina strong and skilled mitigation team by equipping them withtools/resources, supplying service divisions, and identifying teamstaffing needs
• Partnerwith Project Managers to schedule laborers and on-site visits, workthrough mitigation project problems, and ensure team has support needed tosucceed
• Trainmitigation staff to meet division targets for quality, profitability, andcustomer satisfaction
• Developstaff to grow, meet career goals, and prepare them for higher levelpositions within the company
• Schedulejobs, maintain efficiency, and maintain the timely flow of mitigationreporting from field operations to administration
• Performmitigation and remediation work as needed, prepare job contracts, andreview job costing on completed work

Whatyou need to have:

• Mustbe able to work Monday to Friday including an on-call rotation
• HighSchool Diploma/GED required, higher education preferred
• 5+years of mitigation experience
• 2+years of experience leading a team
• Experiencewith Mitigation and Remediation projects - Water, Fire, Mold
• Knowledgeof insurance restoration preferred
• IICRCor other Restoration Certifications highly preferred - WRT, FSRT, AMRT,ASD, OCT, CPT, HST, TCST, CCT, UFT, CRT
• Excellentrelationship building/maintenance skills
• Knowledgeof restoration processes and procedures
• Abilityto multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Musthave and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business isrequired
• Mustbe reliable, dependable and drug-free
