Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Restoration to oversee and execute production tasks, supervise technicians, and ensure high standards on every job site. You will coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel locally; certifications (IICRC) are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary.
• IICRC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete production work per work order, including job setup, service execution, and cleanup.
• Supervise, assign, and support Production Technicians; manage workflow and job-site performance.
• Coordinate job-site activities and ensure crews arrive and complete work as scheduled.
• Take and record moisture readings for water losses.
• Communicate clearly with customers, Production Manager, and office staff regarding job progress and issues.
• Maintain clean, respectful job sites and protect customer property.
