Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. Franchise is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help manage and complete restoration jobs following SERVPRO processes.

You will set up jobs, coordinate requirements, document work orders, supervise crew activities, and monitor progress from start to finish. You will ensure safety procedures are followed, communicate with customers, and maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and work areas while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills required.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Carpenter skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes per work order and ensure quality. Set up staging areas and equipment for each job and follow production guidelines.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work area on site.
• Supervise Production Technicians and manage workflow and task completion.
• Develop clear and accurate job scoping with photos and documents for pricing.
• Maintain job files, obtain customer authorizations, and conduct post-job walk-throughs.
• Communicate progress and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment; keep a professional site appearance.
• Asset management to protect and utilize franchise equipment efficiently.
