Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of West Michigan is seeking an organized Construction Project Manager to oversee repair and reconstruction projects after water, fire, mold and other property damage. This full-time role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, insurance professionals, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has construction or project-management experience or the willingness to train.

Qualifications

• Construction, remodeling, restoration or project-management experience preferred but training may be provided.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Comfort with computer-based documentation, emails and project-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial repair and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Review estimates, scopes of work, contracts and project requirements.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors and materials.
• Conduct job-site inspections before and during work.
• Maintain regular communication with property owners, adjusters, subcontractors and internal team members.
• Prepare change orders, documentation and photos; monitor budgets and profitability.
