The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a solid understanding of restoration techniques and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior restoration or construction management experience, 3+ years (not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background; customer homes visit required.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with team members to execute fire remediation services.
• Conduct site assessments and develop restoration plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skill sets and improve performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage inventory and equipment to ensure readiness for all projects.
• Assist in estimating project costs and preparing reports for management.
