Job summary

Michael & Son Services in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC area is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to guide projects from inspection to payment. You will coordinate crews, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure documentation and billing are completed.

You’ll manage multiple jobs, travel throughout the area, and participate in an on-call schedule. The role offers a $50,000 base salary plus commission with benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Experience managing restoration, construction, or related projects.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with customers, crews, and other professionals.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel across Northern Virginia, DC, and surrounding areas.
• Flexibility for rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspect restoration losses and determine required work.
• Explain restoration process to customers and sell recommended work.
• Develop and review scopes of work for crews.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keep customers updated throughout the project.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and partners.
• Monitor drying progress and changes to scope.
• Ensure documentation for billing is complete.
