Job summary

Michael and Son Services, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Restoration Crew Chief to lead water extraction, mold remediation, and related restoration tasks.

You’ll write scopes of work, sketch affected areas, set up drying and decontamination equipment, and monitor progress. 1+ year restoration experience and WRT/ASD certification are required; a competitive hourly rate plus commission and a strong benefits package are offered.

• WRT/ASD certification preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for water extraction and mold remediation, including writing out scopes of work and completing sketches of the affected area, performing demolitions, setting up and monitoring drying and decontamination equipment, and removing debris, among other duties.
