gpac is assisting a growing commercial restoration company in finding a qualified Restoration Project Manager with solid leadership skills to oversee on-site restoration projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of supervision experience, proficiency with Xactimate, and IICRC certification preferred to manage residential and commercial losses ranging from $1–$5M.

Qualifications

• Reputable restoration company in the area known for quality work and strong team culture.
• Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion.
• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication.
• Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1-$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work.
• Requires 3-5+ years of experience, water/mold certifications, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC certified preferred and leadership of 5-10+ person crews.
• Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ideal for a hands-on, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
