SELECT PRO Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. You will supervise crews, manage schedules, and coordinate with clients to ensure the project scope and timeline are met.

Strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to handle challenging situations are essential. The role offers training, development, and opportunities to advance within a growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service and experience
• Compile and resolve punch list items
• Perform final walk-through with customer
• Obtain completion and satisfaction certificates
• Manage warranty activities
• Evaluate and sell projects
• Educate customers on construction process
• Define project scope of work
• Create and review estimates
• Obtain agreement on scope and estimate
• Create and review budgets
• Ensure permits are acquired
• Build project schedule and timeline
• Identify subcontractors and resources
• Negotiate terms and set expectations
• Plan and manage crews and subs
• Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers
• Ensure work meets plans, codes, and scope
• Understand roles of Construction Superintendent (if applicable)
