Job summary

SELECT PRO Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead fire and water restoration projects in Austin, TX. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate with clients from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong customer service, and solid written and spoken communication. PMP is preferred; restoration/construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience.
• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Secure a signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer.
• Manage all warranty activities.
• Evaluate and sell projects.
• Educate customers on construction process; identify and document scope of work.
• Create and review estimates and budgets.
• Ensure proper permits are acquired and timelines are met.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors; schedule material suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope requirements.
