Overview

SERVPRO - Southbury/Torrington is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and lead crews to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects, including subcontractors.
• Verify and order proper materials for jobs.
• Be a team player.
• Review job site documentation to support services and ensure proper client requirements and billing processes.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Attend weekly meetings to review job progress and success.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
