PuroClean in Savannah, GA is seeking a dedicated Restorations Project Manager to oversee mitigation and remediation projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget. The role requires expertise in building methods and a proven track record managing residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Project management certification is preferred.
• Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restoration project.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Coordinate with internal team and subcontractors to determine the specifications of the project.
• Help Production manager to negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
• Secure necessary permits and licenses.
• Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations.
• Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made.
• Estimate costs and keep the project within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors.
• Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers.
• Report on progress using a variety of software to document the status of the job.
• Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise.
