  4. Be the Client's Hero: Communicate with clients, insurance reps, and your team to ensure satisfaction—your work will earn rave online reviews!
  5. Keep It Running Smoothly: Monitor expenses (equipment, vehicles, materials) and maintain detailed job site documentation for seamless billing.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience That Counts: At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience and 3 years in the restoration industry. NYC experience is a plus!
  • Certifications: IICRC certification; Xactimate experience is a big bonus.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help), climb ladders, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) with cleaning agents.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required to navigate Brooklyn and beyond.
