Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with build leads and key stakeholders (Accelerate).
2. Coordinate with the team to develop test strategies based on QA processes and frameworks.
3. Work with the QR team to complete all audit documentation and processes.
4. Manage and coordinate with SI partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agree on timelines, and meet relevant testing metrics.
5. Create, coordinate, and communicate test schedules and execution reports. Ensure "Go Live" readiness, change management, cutover, and stabilization.
6. Work with divisional deployment leads and IT teams to prepare each stream for test readiness, including data cleansing and migration.
7. Create, manage, and track the testing project plan schedule, detailing all testing activities, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and timelines.
8. Host test scope governance calls.
9. Participate and represent the testing team in various program and project meetings.
10. Ensure the timely delivery of testing milestones.
11. Identify and report potential risks to the test cycle as per the testing project plan.
12. Maintain working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Management Tool.
