As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management position leads your team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using proprietary software.
• Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers and clients.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors, on active projects.
• Review job site documentation to support services provided, ensuring proper client requirements and billing.
• Maintain communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses such as equipment, vehicles, and materials.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage client experience and customer satisfaction, monitored through online reviews.
• Respond promptly to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration team members.
• Prepare estimates using Xactimate & Symbility (training provided).
• Address revision requests and communicate with insurance adjusters and policyholders.
• Perform clerical duties, including data entry for customers and jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may include functions outside normal scope.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Xactimate and Symbility is a plus (training available).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills, Physical Demands, and Competencies

• Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Repetitive ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
• Ability to work with cleaning agents.
