Job summary

East End Flood & Fire Restoration, LLC — East Hampton, NY is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to own mitigation projects end-to-end, from first site visit through drying, documentation, and closeout. You’ll run crews and subcontractors, stay on scope and schedule, and be the primary contact for homeowners, managers, and adjusters.

This field-and-office hybrid role requires 3+ years in water/fire/mold mitigation, an active IICRC WRT certification, and NYS Mold Abatement Supervisor license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation.
• Active IICRC WRT certification (WRT + FSRT preferred).
• Licensed NYS Mold Abatement Supervisor.
• Proficiency with restoration/estimating software (Xactimate a major plus).
• Comfortable with field work and lifting 50+ lbs.
• Valid NY driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication; able to stay calm with stressed homeowners and adjusters.
• Availability for extended and emergency hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and scope water, fire, and mold losses; categorize per IICRC standards.
• Build and run drying plan with moisture mapping and readings.
• Coordinate in-house crews and specialty subcontractors; schedule labor and materials.
• Own job documentation: photos, logs, scope notes for insurance/TPA.
• Communicate with customers and adjusters; keep claims moving.
