Job summary

Rapid Restoration is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee water damage, fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation projects from start to finish. The role emphasizes field management, insurance coordination, and Xactimate proficiency.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in restoration project management, IICRC certifications, and the ability to lead crews and communicate with homeowners and insurers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in restoration project management (water/fire/mold).
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and working with insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage water mitigation, fire damage, and mold remediation projects.
• Develop and execute drying plans, demolition scopes, and remediation protocols.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
• Prepare and review Xactimate estimates, supplements, and job documentation.
• Track moisture readings, drying logs, and job progress.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain job schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services (24/7).
