Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in restoration project management, IICRC certifications, and the ability to lead crews and communicate with homeowners and insurers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in restoration project management (water/fire/mold).
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and working with insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage water mitigation, fire damage, and mold remediation projects.
• Develop and execute drying plans, demolition scopes, and remediation protocols.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRapid Restoration is hiring an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee water damage, fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation projects from start to finish. As we grow our trade area towards New York City, we are looking for a candidate that resides in Nassau County.

This role requires strong field management, insurance coordination, and Xactimate experience. You will manage jobs, crews, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with IICRC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage water mitigation, fire damage, and mold remediation projects
• Develop and execute drying plans, demolition scopes, and remediation protocols
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
• Prepare and review Xactimate estimates, supplements, and job documentation

Required Qualifications

Qualifications
