Qualifications

• Experience with Xactimate or Time & Materials estimating requested.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Lead and uphold company core values across projects.
• Manage and retain a high-performing field team and scheduling.
• Estimate project timelines, coordinate subcontractors, and track projections.
• Follow processes for damage-related requirements and meet goals.
• Complete documentation, reporting, and time entries accurately.
