The role focuses on delivering high-quality service while maintaining safety and adherence to client requirements. Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and cost control.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Minimum 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources including subcontractors.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
