Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 9669 - Irvine is seeking a Project Manager to lead field production activities for residential and commercial restoration jobs, including drying, demolition and documentation. You will supervise technicians, review photos and notes, and explain next steps to customers.

The role requires strong customer service skills to handle difficult situations, plus experience managing two or more technicians and coordinating with adjusters. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing teams of 2 or more.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders, checks travel routes and loads equipment.
• Completes jobs within company processes and budget.
• Monitors active jobs and communicates with customers.
• Maintains records of personnel and resources and billable events.
• Creates estimates in applicable software.
• Inspects onsite and scopes the job with PM/lead tech.
• Documents losses with photos and uploads to the system.
• Writes contents estimates using Xactimate.
• Communicates key information via notes in the software.
• Estimates using carrier audit standards and uses client feedback.
• Explains drying process and next steps to customers.
• Interacts with adjusters and customers to resolve issues.
• May perform quality assurance inspections and obtain signatures.
• Prepares documentation to ensure insurance reimbursement.
• May train new technicians or key staff.
