Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 9669 - Irvine is seeking a Project Manager to lead field production activities for residential and commercial restoration projects in Irvine, CA. You will supervise technicians, review notes and photos, and explain restoration steps to customers in person.

You may assist the Estimator, create estimates in Xactimate, and apply IICRC standards. A basic construction background and strong customer service skills are required to resolve client needs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in insurance restoration or construction helpful.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders and ensures equipment and supplies are loaded for the job.
• Completes assigned jobs within company processes and budget.
• May create estimates in Xactimate and inspect job scope onsite.
• Trains new technicians or key team members.
