ServiceMaster Restore Irvine seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Admin team, implement process improvements, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and drive efficiency and profitability across the organization.

The role oversees daily operations, KPI tracking, and vendor relationships, while coaching staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences and maintain high standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to present training and information to groups of managers, employees, customers, and clients.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers/sub-contractors/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations.
• Ensures timely, compliant and accurate management of work order processes and licensing management.
• Participates with owner in development of operational and business strategies.
• Provides direct support to office personnel, technicians, and sales associates regarding customer escalations and standard operating procedures.
• Oversees and reviews daily operational and compliance metrics and resolves issues.
• Supervises production staff, estimators and claims coordinators.
• Influences vendor selection and manages vendor relationships.
• Approves expenses and purchases of direct reports.
• Communicates process changes to relevant parties for a successful business.
• Ensures health and safety regulations are followed.
• Improves operational management systems and trains for new initiatives and technology.
• Manages growth and success of the team and guides employees.
• Manages internal assets such as equipment and supplies.
• Monitors KPIs and production quality; ensures process safety standards.
• Plans and schedules workload to meet targets cost-effectively.
• Reviews workloads and may recruit, train and supervise staff.
