Job summary

Path Placement Recruiting Services seeks a Restoration Project Manager, leveraging your Field Property Claims Adjusting experience to oversee restoration projects from scope to completion. You will coordinate insureds, adjusters, contractors, and internal staff to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

You should have at least four years as a Field Property Claims Adjuster, with strong knowledge of fire losses and restoration techniques, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as a Field Property Claims Adjuster handling property losses.
• Strong knowledge of fire losses and restoration techniques.
• Experience working with insureds and restoration contractors.
• Strong understanding of the property claims process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with corporate personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate assigned restoration projects from initial scope and planning through execution and completion.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with insureds, insurance adjusters, restoration contractors, and company personnel throughout the project.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and other professionals within the property-loss industry.
• Help develop additional business through existing and new industry relationships as tasked.
• Recruit and manage part-time assistants for project work in local markets when needed.
• Lead, collaborate, and work under other corporate personnel as appropriate to ensure project success.
• Travel regionally for projects, typically 2-4 days at a time, averaging approximately 1-2 trips per month.
