ServiceMaster of Rochester is seeking a Project Manager to oversee restoration and insurance-claims projects from start to finish. This role combines hands-on supervision of technicians with the development of scopes, work plans, and timely insurance documentation.

You will coordinate with adjusters and insureds, prepare estimates, and ensure adherence to insurer guidelines while handling after-hours and weekend duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Applicants must meet the stated qualifications in the job description.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check required; random drug testing conducted.
• Ability to work independently or lead a team.
• Professional, mature, and customer-focused.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Experience managing restoration teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and work with restoration technicians on multiple jobs.
• Interact with customers, develop scope of work and work plans.
• Complete insurance company paperwork and digital documentation.
• Prepare and review estimates for new and existing jobs.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, agents and insureds daily.
• Meet insurance company guidelines and timelines for each job.
• Perform fire, smoke, odor cleaning and mitigation as required.
• Document insurance company guidelines for all jobs.
• Perform other cleaning duties during mitigation or restoration.
