Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator to lead field operations, manage performance, and ensure timely completion of water, fire, and storm restoration projects. You will coordinate crews, document work, and communicate with clients throughout the process.

You will prepare estimates in Xactimate, supervise technicians, and work closely with adjusters to resolve losses, while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction industry.
• Experience managing teams of 2 or more.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to enter data using a tablet or mobile phone.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
• Working on-call schedule is required.
• Experience with creating estimates using Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Lead field production activities and supervise techs.
• Create estimates in Xactimate per guidelines.
• Explain processes to customers and resolve questions in person.
• Interface with adjusters and customers to manage losses.
• Document and photograph jobs for insurance reimbursement.
• Train new technicians or key team members.
