This office-based role partners with project managers, technicians, estimators, customers, and insurers to manage files, insurance documentation, and billing processes.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and experience in administrative or project coordination within the restoration or construction industry.

Qualifications

• Administrative or project coordination experience required.
• Restoration industry experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance claims or construction administration is a plus.
• Proficiency with project documentation and file management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain digital project files and organize site documents.
• Upload and manage photos, moisture maps, drying logs, and project docs.
• Coordinate insurance documentation and portals; track approvals.
• Support project managers with scheduling and tracking.
• Assist with invoicing, billing packages, and closeout items.
