OCI Restoration in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish. You will be the primary contact for homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors, managing budgets, timelines and quality while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires construction knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-growing company with opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration project management.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and building practices.
• Xactimate estimating experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Manage reconstruction projects from mitigation handoff through final completion.
• Review estimates, scopes of work, and supplements (Xactimate experience preferred).
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Ensure work is performed to code, contract requirements, and company quality standards.
• Conduct site visits, progress inspections, and final walk-throughs.
• Track budgets, job costs, change orders, and project timelines.
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
