You will collaborate with Project Managers, Accounting, and Operations to ensure job-cost integrity and deliver essential reporting and insights.

The role focuses on accurate budgets, invoices, draws, and change orders, with a fast-paced environment that rewards precision and initiative.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review job setup in multiple software, ensuring all financial data and cost codes are complete and accurate.
• Assist with client billing, including preparing invoices, managing draw requests, and coordinating the schedule of values.
• Support the creation, tracking, and forecasting of project budgets with Project Managers and Finance.
• Review and process purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and change orders for accuracy and coding.
• Assist with monthly WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and margin analysis.
• Monitor and maintain job cost accuracy, identifying discrepancies or cost trends.
