Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling experience.
• Current valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Proficiency documenting and coordinating project details.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials on site and subcontractors to perform work within scope.
• Oversee carpenters/handymen and in-house work.
• Document damage with Matterport and take progress photos.
• Run projects from start to finish.
• Meet on-site at mitigation losses to secure rebuilds.
• Plan work via work orders.
